Aluminum Casting Bins

We were having a problem with durability of our aluminum casting bins. They were getting damaged and needed frequently to be replaced. We analyzed how we were utilizing them and where we were getting damage. We determined we needed a more durable bottom panel.
Our steel bins are ideal for storing aluminum castings and iron castings for air conditioning/ refrigeration, engines, gear boxes, stationary transmissions and much more.
Our solution was that we were able to “Beef up” up our steel containers by adding double steel bottom panels, double steel side panes and welded seams in the 4 corners
By stacking 5 high these steel bulk containers allow us to clear up a lot of floor space in our warehouse. The also protect our products in storage and transportation. We purchased the largest corrugated steel container they offered. It was 48” x 48” x 30” tall storing 31 Cu. Ft. of material. They were able to paint these containers in our special Kawasaki green color.
