Metal Storage Containers & Steel Bulk Bins
Steel Bulk Containers
Industrial operations demand storage solutions that perform under pressure. A rigid steel bulk container delivers the structural integrity and load capacity needed to safely handle automotive components, heavy forgings, and dense industrial parts.
Warehouse Rack & Shelf delivers industrial steel containers that transform how facilities across North America store and transport high-value inventory. Our corrugated steel solutions combine exceptional load capacity with vertical stacking efficiency, helping you maximize warehouse space while safeguarding critical components.
Protect High-Value Inventory With Strategic Storage
Strategic investment in industrial-grade steel containment delivers measurable returns through enhanced safety, reduced handling costs, and improved inventory control. Our corrugated steel containers provide a dependable foundation for efficient material flow from receiving to production and shipping.

Corrugated Steel Containers
The robust construction actively protects your components at every stage of the workflow. Steel’s superior strength supports safe stacking, secure transport, and reliable storage.
Optimize Floor Space With Stackable Steel
Moving to a vertical storage strategy significantly reduces your facility’s physical footprint. When containers stack securely four to five units high, you reclaim valuable floor space for production equipment or additional inventory.
Warehouse Rack & Shelf provides specific container designs to meet unique workflows:
Rigid Corrugated Steel Bins
These containers use 13-gauge corrugated steel sides for strength and rigidity, with 12-gauge bottoms available on select large models for added durability. Heavy-duty 2″ x 2″ steel angle corner posts reinforce the structure, while corrugated panels add rigidity that flat steel cannot match.
These units are stackable up to five high to maximize warehouse organization. Seven-gauge stacking targets and reinforced 4-inch feet ensure stable vertical storage under full 4,000-pound loads.
Drop Gate Corrugated Containers
This option is the ergonomic solution for high-volume assembly lines. Operators fold down the gate to access materials without unstacking the units, eliminating unnecessary handling steps.
Assembly teams save minutes per retrieval across hundreds of daily picks. When the gate closes, parts remain secure during forklift transport and warehouse storage.
Collapsible Space-Saving Steel Bins
The cost-saving benefits of return shipping become substantial when containers are empty. These units fold down to clear aisle space during off-peak production cycles. Return freight costs drop when 252 collapsed containers fit on a truck compared to 108 rigid units.
Knock-down designs provide 3,000-pound capacity and five-high stacking capability as rigid models. For operations that require visibility into stored components, our wire mesh storage containers offer an alternative with an open-sided design.
