Our Triple-Stack Forklift Battery Storage Rack System is a sturdy, space-saving way to store, charge, and swap industrial batteries. With three levels, it helps warehouses, distribution centers, and busy plants make the most of vertical space while keeping batteries neat and easy to grab. It’s especially great for larger electric fleets and battery rooms where every inch of floor space counts.
Each rack is built with a tough welded steel frame that stands up to demanding battery rooms. A smooth powder-coat finish fights scratches and rust, and welded feet keep everything securely anchored. The compartments tilt slightly back to hold batteries in place, and each has a flip-up safety stop, so your heavy batteries stay stable but are still easy to reach during swaps.
Every compartment features six spark-resistant, poly-sleeved rollers that let batteries glide in and out during side changes. The poly sleeves also help cut down on corrosion, and hitch-pin axles make roller upkeep a breeze. Standard compartments are 40 inches deep, but we offer backstops for shorter setups and extended options for bigger batteries.
Our Triple-Stack Forklift Battery Storage Rack System is super flexible, so it fits all kinds of battery fleets. Standard models come with roller compartments from 15” to 48” wide and frames from about 38” to 109”, depending on your setup. Built-in charger connector holes, anchoring slots, and cable routing keep your charging area tidy and protect cables from wear. We can even design custom setups to match your exact battery sizes, counts, and swap needs.
With plenty of options, you can build a complete storage and charging solution. You can add catwalks, ladders, safety rails, stainless steel drip pans, polyethylene rollers, rubber backstops, sliding connector kits, charger mounts, and deeper compartments. Extended rollers come in 46”, 48”, and 50” depths. When paired with compatible multi-level extraction gear, this system makes it easy to organize storage, charging, and swaps while making the most of your vertical space.
