Our Triple Stack Battery Extractors (BE-TS) make high-volume forklift battery swaps easy and efficient. These operator-aboard machines reach batteries stacked up to three levels high, letting you use vertical storage and keep your battery room compact. They’re especially great for larger electric fleets with about 150 to 299 batteries.
Built with heavy-duty steel and a strong extraction system, the BE-TS uses dual battery beds and hydraulic rollers to glide heavy batteries smoothly between the forklift, extractor, and storage. The arm moves on twin chrome-hardened shafts with four-point bearing contact for steady handling. A quick vacuum grip holds the battery securely and releases in less than a second, helping reduce wear.
Designed for tough industrial settings, the BE-TS keeps movement smooth and level with four hydraulic lift cylinders and an equalization system. Independent drive wheels give solid traction, while powered rollers make loading and unloading simple. With a full-load capacity of up to 10,000 lbs., it handles a wide range of heavy-duty batteries with ease.
Our Triple Stack Battery Extractors are designed with your comfort and safety in mind. They include helpful features like operator controls, condition monitoring, proximity sensing, and system alerts to keep everyone secure. For extra peace of mind, an induction switch can pause movement if the arm extends beyond the compartment, and you can add options like audible alarms, blue warning lights, horns, strobes, operator shields, overhead guards, powered stops, and safety scanners that spot people or objects nearby.
