Gaylord Dumpers
GLDM Gaylord Dumpers lift, position, and empty bulk materials stored in Gaylord boxes and other large containers. The dumpers reduce manual handling and provide a controlled way to transfer parts, scrap, components, recyclables, and other materials into processing equipment, hoppers, or collection areas.
Gaylord Dumpers are available with 2,000 lb. and 4,000 lb. load capacities. The two capacities allow users to match the dumper to the weight of the container and its contents. Manufacturing plants, warehouses, recycling operations, and distribution facilities can use these dumpers for applications that require frequent container emptying.
Two compartment widths accommodate different container sizes. Choose a 43.5-inch or 51.5-inch compartment width, with overall machine widths of 65.25 inches and 73.25 inches, respectively. Selecting the correct width helps match the dumper to the Gaylord box while accounting for available floor space.
All GLDM models have an overall depth of approximately 66-1/16 inches and measure 56-13/16 inches high in the lowered position. During the dumping cycle, overall height reaches approximately 129-3/16 inches, with a 54-5/8-inch tip height. Check these dimensions against the installation area to confirm floor space and overhead clearance.
