Our Modular Order Picker Platforms make it easy to expand your order picker truck’s workspace and storage. Built with heavy-duty steel, they’re perfect for warehouse picking, fulfillment, distribution, and material handling—giving operators extra room for cartons, parts, and more at higher levels. The platform can match your truck’s operator height, creating a smoother surface and helping prevent trips.
The OPPM Series comes in many sizes to fit different trucks and needs. You can choose widths of 40”, 42”, 48”, or 60”, and depths of 42”, 48”, or 60”. All standard models hold up to 2,000 lb. and sit about 4.7” high. Open fork pockets work with most trucks, and optional adjustable guides help ensure a snug fit.
One great perk is how easily the platform adapts as your warehouse changes. You can add bolt-on shelving with one, two, or three tiers in depths of 24”, 30”, 36”, or 42”. Each shelf supports 300 lb. and adjusts in 3” steps, so you can set it up for cartons, small items, containers, or whatever you’re picking. This flexible design lets you tweak the setup as your needs grow.
We’ve got plenty of fun and useful add-ons to help you tailor your platform just the way you need it. You can choose steel handrails with kick plates and harness points, operator and shelf guards, adjustable fork guides, anti-skid tape, adjustable shelving, custom colors, and even laser-cut logos. These bolt-on parts make it easy to set up your order picking platform for any warehouse setup.
