Built from tough steel with a long-lasting powder coat, our Security Cart is perfect when you need extra strength and peace of mind beyond standard mesh carts. The steel doors lock with a padlock to help keep your gear safe, and they swing open a full 180 degrees so loading and unloading are a breeze. Pull handles and flip latches make everyday use easy, while magnets at the top and bottom keep the doors in place.
Inside, adjustable steel shelves give you flexible space for tools, supplies, parts, and more. Depending on the model, you’ll get one or two shelves. Our 2,000 lb. carts hold up to 500 lbs. per shelf, while the 5,000 lb. versions handle up to 1,000 lbs. each—with storage ranging from about 38 to 60 cubic feet.
Moving around is simple, too. Each cart comes with two swivel casters with brakes, two rigid casters, and a push bar so you can roll it easily across your site. You can choose 6″ or 8″ phenolic casters based on your needs. For heavier loads or longer trips, add optional fork pockets or lifting eyes to make moving with equipment a snap.
You can also customize your Heavy Duty Security Cart for special jobs. Options include custom sizes and capacities, extra shelves, fork pockets, lifting eyes, tow kits, rooftop racks, stacking adapters, tie-downs, pull-out drawers, cable payout systems, power strips, and unique caster setups. We even offer custom powder coat colors and laser-cut logos.
