Nashville Wire RC3248 Roll Carts – (Formerly RC4) – RC4 Rolling Shelf Carts are designed for many purposes, including shipping, display and manufacturing. The side mesh is 2½”x5½” (6.35×13.97 cm), the base mesh is 1¼”x5” (3.18×12.7 cm) and the shelf capacity is 225 lbs. (102.06kg). The casters are 5”x2” (12.7×5.08 cm) Polyurethane, 2 Rigid and 2 Swivel.
RC-4 rolling shelf carts are manufactured for many purposes, from retail restocking, distribution, display, shipping, manufacturing, in-process needs and picking operations, to moving tote boxes from plant to plant or in-house. The RC4 heavy duty wire cart is the most versatile and popular of all of our warehouse carts. This heavy duty wire cart is designed with strength for rugged use and dependable service.
The shelves of the RC4 roll cart can be removed for easy access and can be placed level or at an angle, for flow movement or ease of loading, unloading or picking operations. The 5″ x 2″ phenol casters, two rigid and two swivel, are inset and bolted to a welded plate for increased protection and durability. Heavy duty wire carts are electro galvanized or nickel-chrome plated, to prevent rust and prolong appearance. RC4 warehouse carts completely disassemble for return trips or when not in use.
