The Adjustable table truck is a 6,000 lbs. capacity unit which provides portable access to lift sheet material from a pallet. The removable adjustable pins allow the unit to adjust between wood and steel pallets. The pin table truck provides a smooth and efficient option to transfer material such as raw sheet metal from pallets onto a Sheet Stacker storage system. These adjustable carts work with 48” by 120” sheets. Other sizes are available.
The pin table cart is also known as a De-palletizer. It is an accessory to our Sheetmaster / Sheet Stacker combo. It works in conjunction with flat pallets. The forklift driver sets the pallet loaded with sheet metal (or just the sheet metal) onto the pin table and the pins hold the sheet metal up allowing the pallet to fall down. The forklift driver can then go back and pick up just the sheet metal by itself.
Sometimes the pin table cart is loaded with sheet metal directly from the auto feeder where-as sheets drop directly onto the pins of the pin table and the sheets of steel are fed manually into the laser or plasma cutter directly from the pin table cart.
The purpose of the portable pin table is to lift material from the pallet making it accessible allowing the forks of the forklift to get underneath it. The adjustable table truck comes standard with removable pins and two fixed and two swivel casters.
