If you are installing a UNARCO T-Bolt Pallet Rack system, you will need to order a rack bolt set which includes both a T-Bolt and 1/2″ Wiz Nut. These wiz nuts offer big time torque. This T-bolt beam connector secures the beam to the upright so securely you install the racks on the ground and raised as a unit to save install time. A quarter of a turn locks them both into place.
The UNARCO pallet rack beam connector eliminates the chance of accidental beam disengagement. There is no way that beam levels can dislodge by accident causing product to fall from the floor and potential rack failure. The connection gives extra rigidity which gives you consistency in beam elevations and tighter tolerances. This will help insure long term durability.
T-bolt rack is the easiest of bolted rack systems to install. These bolts for pallet rack connect through holes in front of beams end piece connector and through the hole in upright for quicker installation time. Most importantly it features a curved surface head and locking cam below that indicates when bolt is engaged and locked. When the T-bolt is horizontal engagement mark is horizontal it indicates you beam is locked in place.
