Sometimes referred to as “Wide Span” or “Long Span” Shelving. They can reach up to 12′ in height and 8′ in width. They’re called “Rivet” racks because the horizontal load beams have rivets on the ends that fit into “Key Hole” shaped holes on the upright posts. This allows for easy installation with no nuts, bolts or shelf clips required.

This industrial grade rivet rack boltless shelving system is constructed of high tinsel strength steel. Top and bottom shelves form a rigid structure. The whole unit has a durable and attractive power coat gray paint finish that resists chips and corrosion. It allows you to maximize storage space in your facility, and get product off the floor and organized in long span shelving systems.

These bulk storage shelving racks come standard with particle board decking that just drops into place and forms a strong and affordable shelf. On that pallet will be corners posts, shelf beams and clean sheets of warm brown particle board decking. Boltless rivet racks are of a modular design and can be added to at a later date. Offered in many different sizes it can fit your space better then other shelving units. Heights range from 4′, 5′, 6′, 7′, 8′, 9′, 10′ and 12′. Shelf widths from 4′, 5′, 6′, 7′ and 8′. Shelf depths from 2′, 3′ and 4′. Shelf capacities range from 500 LBS, 700 LBS up to 1,000 LBS per shelf. Shelves are constructed with either single rivet or double rivet beams. Single rivet are lighter duty but lower profile offers greater clearance between shelves. Double rivet beams have a higher profile but offer greater shelf capacity.

Shelves can be decked with inexpensive 3/4″ particle board decking, laminated decking or upgraded flat wire mesh decking which allows light and dust to flow through the shelves.

Includes shelf deck supports for deeper and longer shelf spans. These supports add capacity to your shelf.

Easy to install, requiring no nuts, bolts, clips or tools – maybe just a rubber mallet.
