Pallet supports designed for structural pallet racking!
If you have structural steel pallet rack with c-channel beams and you need pallet supports these structural pallet supports are the answer. In fact, you have not other choice (except for maybe flared wire decking). These pallet support crossbars are specially designed for structural pallet racking. They are extra heavy duty – you can tell by how heavy they are – 6 LBS each.
The structural pallet supports have a special big, heavy duty cuff or collar on the ends which is designed to set down on the top crown of a structural c-channel beam. Structural c-channel beams don’t have a ledge or step and therefore standard flanged or hat style pallet supports will not work. The structural pallet supports are extra heavy duty because they have to get all of their support while setting on the top of the beam.
We don’t sell a lot of these structural cross bars. Currently we only stock them in 42″ depth. Other sizes like 36″, 48″ are available but built to order. We currently have about 1500 pieces in stock. Let me warn you, they are not cheap but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The big heavy cuffs on the end are hand welded. The quality, strength and durability is undeniable. When you pick one up you will understand. If you have structural pallet rack you obviously are storing heavy loads. These structural pallet supports are designed for heavy loads.
