We have a minimum order quantity of $250.00. All used pallet racks and equipment are subject to prior sale. Material is available for inspection. Used material is sold as-is, where is and as a Lot. Seismic requirements, permits and sprinkler requirements are the responsibility of the customer. Terms of payment for used rack is always cash in advance / freight collect.
All used material bought direct from one of the warehouse liquidations must be off site by specified date or subject to forfeit. Most of the best used rack and shelving liquidation specials must be committed to quickly or you risk losing the material to other buyers. To lock in a great bargain you must supply a written purchase order and cash down or deposit by means of company check or certified check express mailed or wire transferred to the party that owns or represents the material. The first buyer to commit to sellers terms gets the deal.
