These rigid wire baskets are built much heavier than your average collapsible wire basket. They have feet that are designed to take a beating without falling off.
We offer heavy duty rigid wire containers that have steel angle corners and top rail and corrugated steel bottom panel. They can be designed to handle 2500 lbs. capacity while stacked 4 to 5 high. These wire containers have a high quality durable powder coat finish. Offered with our without optional fork pockets or a half drop gate. We have standard sized rigid containers in stock but we also supply custom sizes and capacities if needed.
Rigid Wire Container Features and Benefits:
• This rigid wire container is built to last a long time under rough conditions. It is designed for the auto parts industry and is great for storing heavy parts.
• Available in 12 standard sizes. Everything from 35” x 35″ to 48” x 48”.
• Available in standard height: 30” overall / 24” useable height.
• Capacity of 4,000 lbs. capacity stackable 5 high.
• Constructed of 2″ x 2″ x .188 GA. steel angle in corners. 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ x .188 GA. steel angle top rail & bottom frame.
• 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ x .187 wire mesh sides are ideal for letting air circulate.
• Offered with or without ½ drop gate located on the long side.
• Heavy 13 GA corrugated steel floor. It can be doubled up for heavy loads.
• Includes 4 stacking feet.
• Attractive and durable blue enamel finish comes standard. Choice of standard colors: Gray (-X), Blue (-B), Green (-G), Teal (-T) and Black (-Z).
