The innovative design of our Aisle Free Mobile Storage System minimizes the amount of track needed while using the main aisle as a temporary access point for easy product retrieval. By utilizing the unused space beneath stationary racks, it significantly increases your storage capacity and helps streamline the organization of small or hard-to-handle items.
The system incorporates low-profile floor tracks that install discreetly under the racking structure, staying out of sight and never interfering with aisle traffic. A rugged urethane front wheel ensures smooth movement across the floor, while the hidden guide track keeps the shelving perfectly aligned and stable.
Each under-rack shelving unit can be effortlessly pulled out for picking or restocking and then pushed back into position—providing a simple, efficient, and ergonomic storage solution that maximizes both space and productivity.
Aisle Free Mobile Shelving System is constructed of Boltless Rivet Shelving on a mobile base. The shelving offers easy installation with structural integrity making it a reliable warehouse shelving solution. Each shelf has a capacity of 400-600 LBS (based on size) and can be adjusted on 1-1/2″ incremenets for flexibility. Our Mobile Shelving comes with various shelf decking options including Particle Board, Solid Metal, Perforated Metala and Wire Mesh. You also have an option of having open or closed end panels.
