The medium wire basket is a trade name that we created. The 32x40x34 mesh storage containers have always been a popular size, but since they were between the junior and senior containers in size it made sense to call them the medium wire basket.
The medium wire container is the perfect size for storing small to medium size loads. It is stackable and collapsible which offers very flexible storage. Industrial wire storage baskets help you increase storage capacity and handling efficiency in your warehouse.
Medium Wire Containers Specifications:
– 32” long x 40” wide x 34” tall (overall)
– Mesh = 31.48” long x 39.48” wide x 28” tall
– 28” is also the clear usable height within the mesh storage basket
– Mesh pattern = 2” x 2” mesh or 50mm x 50mm using Q235, 6.0 mm wire (.24” thick wire)
– All mesh walls are welded using highly efficient, very accurate automated welding machines
– Base mesh is 100% welded to the base structure eliminating twisting and then loss of capacity
– Half drop gate (on one side only) using automated coil formed wires and heavy duty clips for easy use and long lasting life
– Standard feet – to stack on side walls so half drop gate can be accessed without obstruction
– Each foot is rolled and stamped and then robotically welded which reduces slag, also makes for longer lasting life and cleaner appearance.
– Base platform is made with Q195 steel, efficiently roll formed and robotically welded for long life and accurate welding
– The only manufacturer that utilizes robot welding and automated wire welding for the production of wire mesh storage containers
– Durable and attractive gray powder coat paint finish
