V-NOSE PALLET RACK POST PROTECTORS

The V-nose pallet rack post protector from Warehouse Rack & Shelf is our most popular option for reach truck applications and pallet rack damage prevention.

The hefty 3/4″-diameter floor anchor is mounted to the 4″-high V-nose post protector, which is constructed of 5/16″-thick steel to absorb outrigger impact. This provides column protection. The only pallet rack frame protector that enables both reinforcement and protection of the pallet rack simultaneously is WorldGuard Bolt-On Post protectors.

The 3/16″ thick, 24″ tall WorldGuard bolt-on post protector is pre-punched for simple installation on the majority of brands of pallet rack. To maintain the rack bay opening clear and free from the danger of snagging the pallet rack frame protectors, the 3″ wide channel is mounted snugly on and around the pallet rack column. The forklift is deflected by the 3″ high x 5/16″ high bull-nose guard with an exposed anchor, preventing damage to the column.

This design is ideal for intersections of aisles or the ends of each aisle of a pallet rack where forklift traffic is the most intense since it will shield the whole depth of the frame from forklift impact. Every end-of-aisle protector is constructed with a 5/16″-thick material. The pre-punched, 5″ x 3″ x 7/16″ thick angle base is installed with 3/4″-diameter anchors (sold separately). available in designs with a right, left, or double end.
