Known commonly as “Pallet Rack Flue Guards”, “WorldStops”, “Single Stops”, “Double Stops”, “Pallet Stops”, “Flue Stops” or “Flue Spacers”, our Patented Pallet Stoppers prevent pallets from being accidentally pushed through the rack by your forklift driver. Helps prevent pallets from falling off the back of the rack and into the aisle. This is our hottest warehouse safety product yet!
Single and Double pallet load stoppers for pallet rack prevent pallets from being pushed too far into the rack. The single pallet stopper is primarily used for single rows of pallet rack. The double pallet stopper is used for back to back rows of pallet rack.
Our unique double pallet stop also acts as a flue space protector for fire safety. Communities and particularly Fire Marshalls and insurance companies are mandating that racks have at least a 6″ flue space between back to back rows. This allows overhead sprinklers to better disperse water in case of a fire.
TIPS FROM THE PRO’S: If you are trying to decide whether to use singles pallet stops or double pallet stops in your back to back rows we recommend that you always use doubles for cost savings unless you have one of the following circumstances: 1. If your flue space (clear space between back to back row) is not a standard 12″, 18″ or 24″ than it is best to used single pallet stops to avoid custom manufacturing with long lead time. 2. If the size of your flue space is not consistent throughout your warehouse, meaning you have different size flue spaces than use the single pallet stops. 3. If your beam levels are not all at the same elevation throughout your warehouse than use single pallet stops in your back to back rows. When ordering single pallet safety stops you will need one per pallet position.
