Pallet Rack Shim Plates – Metal shims are used under the footplates of uprights to help level the section of the pallet rack and prevent it from wobbling. It is important that the pallet rack be installed very level. Pallet rack shim plates are required if your concrete floor is not level. Leveling shims are offered in different sizes and thicknesses.
It is important that you pick the right pallet rack shim plate to match the brand of upright and size of the footplate. This may require that you call and speak to one of our knowledgeable salespeople. If you know the brand of warehouse pallet rack (Interlake, Mecalux, or other) and you know the size of footplate you have on the bottom of the upright columns you can pick from our most popular industrial pallet rack shims listed below.
