Warehouse Rack & Shelf takes great pride in producing parts to your exact specifications in a timely manner and at a competitive price. Although we specialize in working with low-to-medium carbon steel wire, we also stock and fabricate parts out of sheet metal, steel tubing, galvanized, tinned, copper-coated and stainless wire.

Maintaining an inventory of approximately one million pounds of wire ranging from 18 gauge to 3/8″, including brite basic galvanized copper coated, tinned and stainless. WR&S has developed sources for tubing, wood, plastic and sheet metal that are cost effective and high quality.

All production tooling is manufactured and maintained in-house by a staff of tool-makers. This cuts down on lead times and assures you we will have top quality fixtures and dies for the life of your part. If you have the time, we also offer imported manufacturing.

With a wide range of resistant welders (single spat, bar and automated machines capable of welding parts 16′ long by 6′ wide, presses (5 ton to 200 ton), benders (hand, air, hydraulic and a 3-dimensional programmable), MIG, arch and TIG welders, drilling machines for wire and tubing, laser cutters and many types of air assisted assembly equipment.

Design/Engineering
Our designers and engineers are always looking for economies in manufacturing process and the types of materials used to make your purchase the best value possible. Maintaining a full-time in-house prototype shop. Prototypes are manufactured to tight tolerances for pre-production testing.

Warehousing
We can warehouse your product until it is ready to ship. 75,000 square feet of warehouse space is computer controlled. Your product quantities and locations are updated daily.

Shipping
We drop ship, ship truckloads or LTL on common carriers, and when practical, deliver your product on one of our company trailers.
