Retrieve heavy boxes and parts with ease and optimize you storage space by using Heavy Duty Gravity Flow Racks. Custom heavy duty carton flow is available with nearly any diameter steel rollers. Pick a heavy box and the box behind it flows to the front of the shelf for easy ergonomic order picking.
Our heavy duty carton flow racks have all of the same benefits as our standard Quickpik carton flow or span track carton flow rack systems have but they are designed to handle heavy loads without getting damaged. Avoid having to replace damaged carton flow rack systems that are not designed for heavy loads.
