The SpanTrack 100 Series Heavy Duty Steel Skate Wheel Carton Flow System is an outstanding solution for order picking operations. It integrates into standard pallet rack beams, offering strength and durability. The 100 Series features a wheel bed of staggered steel skate wheels, each with a precision bearing, capable of handling up to 100 pounds per linear foot. This system is for operations that move heavier bins, boxes, cartons, and case goods, making it suitable for manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and fulfillment operations.
The SpanTrack 100 Series offers rugged construction and versatile integration. The steel skatewheels drop into 36″, 42″, 48″ single deep or 96″ double deep pallet rack systems. It is compatible with most beam styles, including 1-5/8” step beams, box beams, and structural C-channel beams. The 100 Series allows for quick integration, creating a dense, organized, and efficient pick face with gravity-fed flow.
This series was developed for operations where product weight is a consideration. While the SpanTrack 99 Series handles up to 50 pounds per linear foot, the 100 Series doubles that capacity, offering 100 pounds per foot in unsupported spans up to 96 inches. The 2.5-inch structural channel features flanged edges for added support and better lane density, enabling more pick lanes per rack level and maximizing cubic storage capacity. This results in faster order picking, reduced travel time, and higher throughput.
SpanTrack 100 Series shares design elements with the floor-mounted JRS Gravity Conveyor line, using the same steel wheels and channels. However, while JRS is for floor-level conveyor use, the 100 Series is engineered for direct integration into pallet racking. It combines the flow performance of conveyor rollers with the space-saving convenience of a rack-integrated system.
