If you are wanting to store your corrugated steel containers in pallet rack you need to add skit runners. Skid runners are flat steel runners that are offered in 2-way or 4-way directions. The biggest advantage of skid runners is that the don’t prevent fork entry the way that corrugated steel containers with steel angle runners do. Steel containers with skid runners allow 4 way fork entry.
Corrugated steel containers with 2-way skid runners must be placed in specific direction so that it is supported by front and back beams and/or crosses the channel supports of wire decking. Corrugated steel containers with 4-way skid runners are more expensive but gives you greater flexibility to store containers in either direction.
