WorldRam Rubber Post Protectors are engineered to protect pallet rack uprights from forklift damage. WorldRam features a hybrid design that combines industrial rubber with internal steel reinforcement. This construction absorbs and disperses impact energy better than plastic-only guards, helping extend the life of your rack system and reduce repair or replacement costs.
WorldRam post protectors are offered in two sizes to address different types of impact risks. The 5-inch-high protector is designed to defend against damage caused by the outriggers of stand-up reach trucks, which is one of the most common sources of lower upright damage in warehouses. The 12-inch-high protector provides extended coverage and is built to withstand general forklift impact. For high-traffic areas or additional protection, the units can be stacked to create a taller barrier where rack uprights are most vulnerable.
Designed for compatibility, WorldRam protectors fit over virtually all pallet rack foot plates without hardware, anchors, or drilling. Installation is straightforward. Simply position the guard over the upright and footplate. For easier installation, we recommend spraying a mixture of soap and water as a lubricant inside the rubber guard before fitting it over the column. No insert is required for standard 3″ x 3″ rack columns.
