Stack Rack Options & Accessories
We are able to customize our bead and butter stack racks with a variety of options and accessories that add extra value to the racks. For very little money you can add features like steel runners, fork stirrups, fork pockets, side frames and decking that increase handling efficiency, durability, longevity and safety of the stack racks. Fork Stirrups – Sold in pairs. Can be ordered in 2 pairs located on two opposite sides or 4 pairs for all four sides. Fork stirrups increase safety by securing rack to forks of forklift. They are more necessary on longer racks and are typically located on long sides. Optional Fork Stir-ups. New. Price per side. *NOTE: Standard spacing of fork stir-ups is 24″ O.C. (O.C. means On-Center, measured from center of one fork stir up to center of the other) We can put the fork stir-ups at any spacing you would like. Please note fork stir up spacing on final sign off drawing.)
Steel Runners – Adds strength and helps reduce damage to the base. Helps amortize the weight over the length of the runner bars preventing point load on pin feet.
Fork Tunnels / Fork Pockets – Full length fork tunnels enclose the forks while lifting and in transit. By default we add them to the widest side of the rack or the fork entry sides.
Side Frames – Welded (or removable) side frames are welded to removable corners posts. Side frames are ideal for helping contain products while in storage or transit.
Side Bars – welded or removable side bars tie all of the corner posts together for extra strength and stability. Side bars can be removed from warehouse stacking racks to access stored product.

Custom Powder Coat Paint Finishes – We run color blue most often but we have 7 other standard colors. If you give us an RAL paint code number and we can match up with your companies color scheme.
