Rectangular shaped material handling tote basket with handles and expanded metal mesh that is sixteen openings per linear inch. Commonly used in manufacturing. Ideal for washing parts, parts degreasing, ultrasonic cleaning, curing, and materials handling in a variety of applications such as chemical bath, heat treating, and cryogenics.

Constructed of plain steel with zinc finish. These are very rust resistant and corrosion resistant baskets that can be washed down after use. The expanded metal mesh is #16 with 1/2″ holes per square inch. We also offer expanded metal baskets with handles that have mesh with 1/4″ holes per square inch. Both are great for storing small parts.

The expanded metal baskets have handles for easy gripping. Each tote basket with handles stacks so that parts do not get crushed inside the basket. They don’t nest but they are stackable. The basket is stackable and has a handle height of 6.25″. The handles face upward for easy ergonomic lifting and handling.

We can’t emphasize enough how robust and durable these baskets are. The expanded metal mesh basket has heavy gauge wire mesh supports running around the perimeter, sides and bottom giving it extra strength.
