Minimum Order Quantity: 20 racks. Due to the custom design and manufacturing complexity, we require a minimum order of 20 returnable shipping racks.
Custom Design Requirement: We do not offer a universal rack design. The image provided is an example of a past project.
Required Drawings: To provide a quote, we need manufacturing drawings or photos of your current automotive shipping racks, or CAD drawings of the parts to be stored. Without this information, we cannot proceed.
Design Services:
Custom Rack Design: For $3,000, our factory engineers can create detailed rack drawings, provided you supply part drawings (We’re happy to sign an NDA). A purchase order is required to initiate this service – or it can be put on a credit card.
Prototypes: Available at an additional cost.

Returnable Bar Racks are stackable steel racks with integral tyvek dunnage bags or sacks that allows user to slip parts into individual cells. Protects delecate parts in storage and transportation. These racks make ideal returnable shipping racks.
Automotive bag racks are steel frame racks, typically rigid and all welded, with custom textile bags. The bags vinyl pouches can be made in different sizes. Cubbies are sized perfectly for the parts you are storing and transporting.
The biggest advantage to using our automotive bag racks AKA WIP Racks is they protect valuable parts from getting scratched in storage and transportation. Often interior panels, mirrors are stored in these racks. Bag racks insure that parts get from manufacturing to assembly in perfect condition.
