Minimum Order Quantity: 20 racks. Due to the custom design and manufacturing complexity, we require a minimum order of 20 returnable shipping racks.
Custom Design Requirement: We do not offer a universal rack design. The image provided is an example of a past project.
Required Drawings: To provide a quote, we need manufacturing drawings or photos of your current automotive shipping racks, or CAD drawings of the parts to be stored. Without this information, we cannot proceed.
Design Services:
Custom Rack Design: For $3,000, our factory engineers can create detailed rack drawings, provided you supply part drawings (We’re happy to sign an NDA). A purchase order is required to initiate this service – or it can be put on a credit card.
Prototypes: Available at an additional cost.

3-Sided Automotive Fixed Arm Racks used as returnable shipping racks to transport automotive parts. These racks are usually loaded from either the short side or long side. The short side is typically 48″ wide to allow for 2 racks side by side in a trailer to maximize storage density in trailer and reduce shipping cost.
