Corrugated steel drop bottom bins are used in conjunction with our gravity feed stands. Together they allow for safe, efficient picking of parts.
You wouldn’t know our drop bottom corrugated steel containers had a drop bottom feature unless you set them in our gravity feed stands. That is when the magic happens.
Corrugated steel drop bottom bins function just like any other container allowing you to densely, efficiently store, stack and transport parts around your manufacturing facility. It’s only when the steel bulk container is set in the gravity feed stand does the container bottom disengage and drop.
When stored in a gravity feed stand the parts in corrugated steel container fall into a large bin with open hopper front. This allows for easy access for picking of small parts. No more reaching, stooping, bending to pick parts from a bin. Now the parts are at waist level for picking.
