Our bolt-on pallet rack post protector mounts directly to front of upright columns, to provide increased impact resistance. Bolt-on upright racking protectors help prevent rack damage from lift trucks, and costly repair and replacement of uprights! Any experienced warehouse manager will tell you it’s best to invest in pallet rack protection on the front end and avoid costly damage down the road.
Our pallet rack guards with bull nose deflectors at the bottom protects uprights columns from forklift abuse. Standard column guards are available in 24″ height. Custom sizes are also available, in special orders. Bolt-on post protectors are designed for a 3″ wide column face. Our wrap-around style guard bolts onto the teardrop or T-bolt column face, allowing you to anchor into your concrete floor through the bull nose.
Bolt-on upright racking protectors are designed to fit most 3″ x 3″ or 3″ x 1-5/8″ teardrop upright frames. The holes align perfectly with spacing of teardrop holes in upright. A hole in the middle of the face of the guard accommodates non-teardrop frame columns that will not fit bolt-on style (such as structural rack, Speedrack, Sturdi-bilt, etc.). To use the center holes design, just match the hole on the guard to the frame column, drill a hole in the center of the frame column and bolt the guard to the upright.
