Roll form cantilever racks are for the storage and easy selection of pipe, tubing, bar stock and other long items where uninterrupted shelf levels are required!
Our industrial cantilever racks are made of roll formed steel as opposed to structural steel. Roll form cantilever rack towers and arms have a tubular steel design. This roll forming equipment is offered in four basic capacity series: light duty, intermediate duty, heavy duty and extra heavy duty capacities.
Roll form cantilever racks are modular in design allowing you to add additional units to create a row. One unit consists of two towers including stackable base, cantilever arms and brace panel. All industrial cantilever racks are quick and easy to install and come complete with hardware and assembly instructions.
Upright capacities are determined by multiplying the number of arms per upright by the individual arm capacity, not to exceed the upright capacity listed on your quote. Arm capacity is based on evenly distributed loads. Take the load weight divided by the number of arms supporting the load to determine required arm capacity.
Roll formed industrial cantilever racks can be designed to handle as much weight as structural cantilever rack – but at a lesser cost!
