Pallet Flow Rails for a Pallet Flow Rack System

Pallet Flow Racking is the marriage of pallet rack and pallet flow rails to create a high density, high efficiency pallet flow rack picking system. It combines selective pallet rack as the structure and integrates pallet flow rails to create the flow.

We can offer you a complete system that includes both the pallet rack structural however many pallets deep you choose along with the pallet flow rails. Or we can just provide the pallet rack or just provide the pallet flow rails.

Often times two different factories (one pallet rack manufacturer and one pallet flow rail manufacturer) must join forces to provide the complete pallet flow rack system. We do represent some factories that manufacture both the rack structure and the pallet flow rails together.

Note: Keep in mind that some existing pallet rack doesn’t have the capacity to support the weight of pallet flow rails and pallet density that a pallet flow rack system offers. Often times the rack structural and pallet flow rails must be spec’d at the same time.
