Drum cradle bars are used to support 55 Gallon steel drums when stored on their side in pallet rack!
Drum cradle bars are a pallet rack accessory. A pair of them simply drop over the teardrop step beams and create a cradle for storing drums in the horizontal position. These are an important element of drum rack systems. They help cradle and support a 55 gallon drum but it’s the front and back beam of the rack system that supports most of the weight.
Drum cradles allow you to create your own heavy duty drum racks buy using pallet rack. Drum cradles allow you to safely store and pour contents from 55 gallon drums when stored in the horizontal position. Drum rack will increase drum storage density and handling efficiency in your warehouse.
Drum racks are used in high volume drum storage applications. The drum cradle bars we sell are designed to fit our standard teardrop pallet racking.
